Calvary Baptist Day School is accredited by the Association of Christian Schools International and the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools.

Early Education Accreditation 

The early education program is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools. Since we do not provide day care for our early education students, we are not licensed by the State of N.C. We do adhere to the applicable procedures found in the licensing standards.

Statement of Nondiscriminatory Policy

Calvary Baptist Day School admits students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students of the school.

Process for Admission

The process for admission to Calvary Baptist Day School is as follows:

• Submit an application for admission with a one-time, non-refundable, Application Fee.
• The prospective student will take a standardized achievement and/or ability tests.
• Both student and parents may be interviewed by school officials.
• Academic, discipline records, and teacher recommendations are received from previous school.
• Immunizations are verified.
• The Admissions Committee (Head of School, principals, and appropriate personnel) meets to consider the application, review testing and academic information, and make a final decision on admission.
• The final decision of the Admissions Committee is then communicated to applicant by phone, email or mail.
• Upon acceptance the curriculum and activity fee is due.
