The Coach: Sally Evans
Sally was born in Columbia, SC, home of the Fighting Gamecocks! She moved to Winston-Salem at age 5. While her brothers played football, she began cheering for Pop Warner, continuing to cheer in school, changing over to the dance team in high school. Sally attended the University of South Carolina, returning to Winston-Salem to finish at Salem College.
Sally has been blessed with 17 wonderful MS Cheerleaders this season, every one of them having special talents and qualities to contribute to the squad. She feels truly fortunate for the opportunity to coach the,girls.
Sally is devoted to the squad, cheerleading and CBDS. Her goals for the girls this year are to help them understand the importance of team work and how to support each other. The squad is looking forward to encouraging the basketball team, inspiring the Cougar Fans to get involved with the game and making sure the girls know we do everything for the Glory of God.
