The Coach: Jon Fuquay
I was born and raised in North Carolina. My father is a pastor so I grew up in a parsonage and lived in Mt. Pleasant, Asheboro, Raleigh, and Charlotte. I graduated from High School in Raleigh from Needham Broughton High School. I went to college in Georgia where I attended Emmanuel College. I am married to Karen who is an interior designer. She owns and runs Deca Interiors, Inc. We have one son named Andrew who is an 8th grader at Calvary Baptist Day School. I am co-inventor of the Flush Hit Driver training club which is endorsed by Jay Haas. I love the game of golf because it is a game where your honesty and integrity are showcased. It is the only sport I know that you are your own referee and score keeper. My goal for the golf team is to build young Christian men who are committed to Christ and committed to the integrity of the game of golf. Our theme verse for the golf team comes from the NIV- II Timothy 2: 1-7.
